One more example of big government deciding that they are smarter than each of us. Wonder where they stop with that...I have yet to find a politician or government bureaucrat that makes better decisions for my life than me.

Analyze any institution and you will find that 80% of the NSF/OD revenue is from repeat offenders and not the first timers that the Reg insinuates. Tho only first time offenders that were actually paying these fees were those who did not bother to ask their banker for a waive.

This is a situation that any law abiding citizen could avoid easily by simply taking personal responsibility for their finances. Our government beleives that consumers are not capable of this. Thanks "Big Brother" for stepping in and saving all of us dummies.
